I currently teach U.S. Government, Citizenship, and Economics .  I have a BA in History and an M.ed in Social Studies Education, both from the University of Minnesota.

I was born and raised in St. Paul and I am a proud product of the Saint Paul Public School system.

I use the Principles of Learning as my guide to teaching. I try to provide an engaging, informal atmosphere to the classroom.

Besides my family, my main passion outside of school is playing that great Minnesota sport of hockey. On most cold, wintry Sunday mornings you can find me playing pick-up hockey at Langford Park. We can always use an extra forward or D, so consider this an invitation to join us.
